Our background includes supporting organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to independent businesses, with experience spanning contract strategy, multi-site rollouts, expansion planning, and long-term facilities oversight.

Brookhouse was founded to help businesses make smarter decisions around their facilities, trade partners, and operational growth. From reviewing repair strategies and vendor proposals to advising on facilities programs, service delivery, and expansion, our role is to provide practical, experienced guidance that helps clients reduce risk, control costs, and move forward with confidence.

Our experience also includes the design of an integrated Facilities Management System that connects hardware to mechanical equipment and uses intelligent alerting and dashboard monitoring to improve visibility, efficiency, and predictive maintenance. That system has been deployed across major national portfolios in Canada and is moving toward pilot implementation in the United States.
